For the record, >this mama< cannot cook. The rollup pizza thingy on top? It burned, bad. And, the dough was raw in the middle! LOL *sigh* I'm lucky I found me a man that loooves to cook, and kicks somes serious ass at it too! =)
The dough recipe we use is actually from the Bullet Express cookbook. We no longer have the machine (it's a POS, people - be warned) as it broke and pretty well was useless after the first few times we used it. Now, I'm holding out for a nice KitchenAid. Ahhh, dreams.
| ohhhhh pretty! *swoon* |
Anyways, the recipe is quite simple:
Dough Recipe
1 Envelope of yeast (1 package of yeast is equal to 2 1/4 tsp of yeast
1/4 tsp of sugar
3/4 cup of lukewarm water
2 cups of flour
1/2 tsp of salt
Mix ingredients together. Sprinkle flour on work surface and knead dough for a few minutes, then cover with a towel and let rise for 1 hour.
Here are some photos of past pizzas, but I unfortunately can't take any credit! These were all the Mister's handiwork!

The picture of your son with the pizza pan like a drum is way cute! I usually cook the crust first before putting any toppings on. Then I cook with the toppings. That way the crust is sure to be done. Following now from Mom Blogger's Club!
